These Terms of Service govern your use of the Zoero Labs website and any initial conversations, proposals, or project requests submitted through it. If we enter into a separate written agreement, statement of work, or proposal with you, that written agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

You may use this website to learn about our services, review our work, and contact us about a potential project. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to submit unlawful, misleading, harmful, or infringing material.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate us to accept a project. Any timeline, price, scope, or availability shared before a written agreement is indicative only and may change after discovery, technical review, or commercial review.

Client engagements are handled through written scopes, proposals, or statements of work. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, you are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required approvals, access credentials, brand assets, and any third-party permissions needed for the work.

We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, code, processes, know-how, templates, and reusable components. Client-specific deliverables are transferred or licensed only as stated in the applicable written agreement and after all related fees are paid.

Our work may involve third-party platforms such as hosting providers, analytics tools, payment providers, APIs, software libraries, AI services, email providers, or collaboration tools. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, pricing, availability, and privacy practices.

• The website, brand assets, copy, interface, and non-client materials belong to Zoero Labs or its licensors.
• You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially reuse website content without written permission.
• You represent that any materials you provide to us are yours to use or that you have the required permissions.

This website is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that the website will meet every requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zoero Labs FZ-LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from website use or reliance on website content.

Zoero Labs FZ-LLC is licensed by Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority. These terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and the relevant free zone authority, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
